Depending on the destination of the order, we fulfill from one of our three fulfillment warehouses.
- Fulfilling from our US warehousing agency (City of Industry, California):

For standard shipping within the continental USA, we use either USPS or FedEx Home Delivery.
For orders within Canada, we use FedEx services.
Please note that the estimated arrival date is still subject to our handling time of 1~2 business days.
We accept returns or exchanges on orders and shipments on condition that the product’s seal has not been broken. The shipping fee for returned orders will not be refunded, and an extra shipping fee for return process will be deducted from your total order. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Given that your orders are fulfilled from within the continental USA, you might be subject to state and federal sales tax, or duties and fees mandated by customs. The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased with discount and shipping fee deductions.
- Fulfilling from our German warehousing agency (Berlin, Germany):

For orders from the above countries, we use our warehouse agency in Germany.
Standard fulfillment and shipping take 7~10 business days after the order is placed using DHL. Standard shipping rates are as follows:

If by chance your ordered item is not available in our Germany warehouse, we will have to cancel your order.
